Aerial Spraying over Local Farms TODAY

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

This is URGENT call out to our community. There is a planned aerial spraying of the herbicide Rejuvera (Indaziflam, manufactured by Bayer) over Yellow Barn Farm and Elk Run Farm. The County has indicated it could start spraying TODAY!

While the county argues that there is a 600-700’ buffer around the residential areas to protect our farming operations, the spraying of this herbicide will kill the seed bank for the entire area for the next 5-10 years.

There is a County Commissioners meeting schedule set for 9am on Thurs, 12/4 (this week!). Please call in virtually or attend in person to share your voice to protect our farms.
