Every move includes basic protection. Add PPP for more coverage on scratches, nicks and dings.
Either way, Small Haul is fully licensed and insured for major damage and total loss.
- We are fully licensed and insured for Cargo, Auto, and General Liability coverage.
- Insurance is for major claims or total loss — it does not cover small damages to items or structural property.
- All moves include basic protection of up to $0.60 per pound for a damaged item, or up to $20, whichever is greater.
- For coverage beyond that, we recommend adding PPP equal to your most valuable item.
- In the event of damage, we reimburse repair or replacement up to the coverage amount you choose above.
COIs come from our company insurance.
After you book, we’ll send a short COI form with your confirmation. Share your building’s requirements there and we’ll send the certificate to you and your property manager before move day.
A COI covers your building’s requirements. PPP is separate: it covers small damage to your belongings.
