Hosting Community Engagement Events at Yellow Barn Farm
We are able to donate the interior Yellow Barn space, fire pit area, or garden area outdoor kitchen on select Thursday evenings under a Paid-for-Public/Free-for-Members model.
Event structure
Facilitators may host one free introductory event.
This first event must be free for both the public and Yellow Barn “Social Share” members.
To host recurring events, facilitators must join as Social Share members.
For recurring events:
Facilitators may charge the public for entry.
Social Share members attend for free or discounted.
Space use
Included items: 2 Bluetooth speakers, backjacks (20), yoga blankets, yoga bolsters for use inside the Yellow Barn.
Not included: chairs, tables, projector/screen fire pit, or other equipment.
Promotion & registration
Facilitator creates event registration link & manages marketing.
Yellow Barn will share the event via all marketing channels.
On-site support
A venue coordinator will provide a setup and use walkthrough for the first event only.
Additional day-of support is available at $50/hour.
Restrictions & expectations
Events are limited to Thursday evenings and require date approval.
No food inside the barn.
Guests must remove shoes.
No candles, wax, glitter, confetti, or messy materials.
