Private Membership Agreement
- Stalk Market Soil Share & Yellow Barn Farm Memberships -
This Charter (the "Charter") is made and entered into by and between: Regeneration Station Private Membership Association (PMA) and its Members.
Acknowledgments and Binding Commitments
Membership Covenant
By signing this Charter, the Member acknowledges their commitment to joining the Regeneration Station Private Membership Association (PMA), a faith-based organization operating under “The Earth Church” 508(c)(1)(a) charter. Membership in this association is a sacred covenant, affirming that all members hold Nature as sacred and honor the Land as our cathedral.
Mission and Vision of The Earth Church
Mission
The Earth Church exists to create a space for humanity and nature to rebuild their sacred relationship—to the Soil and within our Social Soil. Tending the land, cultivating community, and innovating enterprise are held as the highest service to all life on Earth.
Vision
We envision a regenerative world where humans live in harmony with nature, building sustainable systems and nurturing community bonds that honor the Earth’s sanctity.
Core Values and Principles
Pathos: Commit to kindness, empathy, and trust—the Feminine Yin energy of the Nurturer, Advocate, and Bridge-Builder.
Logos: Commit to honesty, transparency, and analytical integrity—the Masculine Yang energy of the Protector, Provider, and Problem-Solver.
Ethos: Commit to fairness, justice, and instinctual wisdom—the Neutral energy that balances Logos and Pathos with equity.
The Church as a Center for Learning and Innovation
The Earth Church serves as an educational and regenerative hub, functioning as:
An educational testing ground for sustainable practices.
An ecopreneur incubator space for innovative enterprises.
A regenerative research center advancing land stewardship and community resilience.
Contribution Tiers
Members may choose between tiers:
Yellow Barn Social Share Membership
Stalk Market Soil Shares Membership (includes Yellow Barn & Picky Pig benefits)
Member Contributions as Donations
Members acknowledge that funds donated are remitted to numerous Stewards for their services to the land, infrastructure, and labor needed to operate in their role.
Member donations are pooled to cover general operating expenses for The Earth Church's mission.
This is not a membership fee in exchange for goods and services.
Ecological Restoration as Sacred Work
Members contribute to the healing of the Earth through ecological restoration. The PMA’s contracted Soil Stewards regenerate soil health, sequester carbon, and cultivate nourishing food, all in alignment with the Earth Church’s principles.
Commitment to Community Safety
To ensure the safety of all members, especially children, applicants consent to a background check unless otherwise exempted by unanimous agreement of the Advisory Council and PMA members.
Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks
Members acknowledge that, under Colorado law, there is no liability for injuries or deaths arising from inherent risks in agricultural or agritourism activities (Colorado Revised Statutes Section 13-21-121). Participation signifies a sacred connection to and contribution toward the land’s health.
Orientation and Onboarding
Members agree to complete an orientation video and necessary onboarding steps to understand the structure, logistics, mission, and benefits of membership.
Guest and Non-Member Policy
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Guests accompanying members must either sign a waiver or join the PMA to honor the community covenant.
Food Waiver
Members acknowledge that some food shared during Earth Church activities may not be USDA-certified. Participation implies consent to consume such food and waives legal action, recognizing this as part of communal service.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are viewed as opportunities for growth. Members agree to resolve conflicts in alignment with Earth Church’s principles:
Internal Resolution: Initial efforts through private dialogue or mediation by the Peacemaker Council.
Private Mediation and Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes proceed to private mediation under Peacemaker Equity Rules.
Exclusion from Public Legal System: Disputes remain within the PMA’s processes unless legally mandated.
Repeat offenses or serious misconduct may result in membership termination.
90-Day Trial Period
New members undergo a 90-day trial period to assess compatibility with the community. Major grievances or inappropriate behavior during this period may result in termination without refund. Referring members act as stewards for those they sponsor.
Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regeneration Station PMA, Magnus Veritas LLC, Drylands Agroecology Research and any other associated entities from claims arising from participation in Earth Church activities or use of the property. Any complaints, grievances, damages, or conflicts shall be handled within the PMA governance system of mediation through the Advisory Council.
All members agree to self-sovereignty and responsibility for all actions while within the property boundaries. This reflects the sacred trust of personal responsibility.
Termination
Termination by PMA: Membership may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds for unused portions will be prorated unless termination is due to gross negligence or harm.
Termination by Member: Members may terminate their agreement after consulting the Advisory Council. Refunds for unused portions will be prorated.
Entire Charter
This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No external promises or representations shall have binding effect. Amendments must be in writing and signed by all parties.
