Prevernal Presence: A Quiet Inquiry into the Body, Heart, and Soul of Self and of Spring

  • Yellow Barn Farm 9417 North Foothills Hwy Longmont United States (map)

This class uses a combination of poetry, breathwork, meditation, and yin & restorative yoga to guide us toward the endlessly giving space inside that is not unlike the gifts of spring and her outpouring of generative love.

We will get curious about where we have blocked ourselves from being in the fullest expression of life, we'll lay bare our quiet heart's desires, and we'll seed the soils of the flesh that they might be planted for the greatest harvest yet. This class is a time for deep reflection, sensing what wants to be born and working by folding, unfolding, and folding again, these bodies and these beautifully emboldened bones.

To listen inside a season that wants to illuminate and give, is a generous thing to offer our busy and consuming lives. It brings rest to the system, restores balance to our health, and creates clarity of vision and mind that will take us into our worlds with refreshed calm and delight.
