Yellow Barn Farm, in partnership with Ascension University, welcomes you to a 2.5-day immersive retreat centered on somatic breathwork and nervous system healing, guided by Jake Whan and team. This experience is designed to support a gradual deepening—beginning with grounding and orientation, moving into more intensive somatic practices, and closing with integration.

Through guided sessions, teaching, and group experiences, participants will explore breathwork, emotional awareness, and practices to support regulation and release in a structured and supported environment.

  • A 2.5-day immersive experience that builds gradually—from grounding and arrival into deeper somatic work, and closing with integration

  • Opening evening focused on settling in, gentle practices, and group orientation

An immersive ceremonial gathering rooted in Earth-honoring traditions, organized by Lisamarie Coyote Windwalker, inviting participants into connection with land, elements, and ancestral movement practices.

Yellow Barn Farm, in partnership with Lisamarie Coyote Windwalker and the Mystic Pulse community, proudly hosts a Sacred Sandhill Crane Dance Ceremony, featuring guided ceremonial dance, live drumming, and sand painting, blending movement, ritual, and Earth-based practices.

This special event serves as a ceremonial gathering and invites the community to gather for connection, reflection, and shared experience with land and one another.

Highlights / What to Expect:

Please commit to being present, on time, and for the entire Ceremony. When people show up on time, there is no distraction from the ceremony by latecomers. All are able to commit, cooperate and contribute to the sacredness of this dance.

  • 9:30am – Dancers and Holders arrive at Yellow Barn Farm, meet greeter to get oriented, place potluck offerings on picnic tables, and settle quietly into the circle with chair or blanket.

  • 10am – Welcome Dancers, Short Meditation/Land Acknowledgement, Introductions and Teachings of the Sandhill Crane Dance.

  • 10:45am – Learn the Dance.

  • 12:15pm – Noble Silence-Bio Break- Drink water, eat if needed. Change into ceremonial clothing, if need be, put on white headbands & rattles, plus two drummers. All meet at HU-shrine for smudging.

  • 12:45pm – Dance the Sandhill Crane Dance.

  • 1:45pm – Sacred Council Share- Circle up for Sacred Council Share, if an intimate group. If large group, Dancers and Dance Holders Circle up around Sandpainting, and go around and offer one word, one gesture or one sound that reflects what is most alive for them in that moment.

  • 3pm – Eat the Ceremony (Outdoor Potluck). Please bring your own plate/bowl, drinking vessel, and eating utensils to use.

  • 4:30pm – Community Clean Up. Please pack out everything you brought to this Sandhill Crane Dance ceremony and please bless the Land by restoring it to the way it was when we began. There will be a cleanup guide to assist us all.

Yellow Barn Farm warmly invites you to Wellness Wednesday — Sliding Scale Session with skilled practitioners of all different modalities to receive the care you need – starting January 7th, 2026 every Wednesday at Yellow Barn Farm

​Each week features a rotating roster of practitioners from across the Front Range. Our primary practitioner is a Naturopathic Doctor, supported by a diverse collective of healers including Nutritionists, Ayurvedic practitioners, Chinese Medicine providers, massage therapists, energy workers, and somatic bodyworkers. Explore new modalities, receive personalized support, and discover what care feels like when it’s rooted in community.

Highlights / What to Expect:

  • First-come, first-serve — sign up directly with each practitioner

  • ​Option to join a waitlist if a practitioner’s sessions fill up

  • ​A welcoming, drop-in style flow — come anytime between 5–9 PM

  • ​Enjoy the beauty of the farm, connect with community, and soak in the peacefulness of the space

  • ​Access to the sauna (if open and available)

  • ​Seasonal vendors and rotating weekly offerings

​This clinic is designed to make high-quality integrative care accessible, support local practitioners, and create a weekly gathering place for rest, regulation, and community wellness.

Yellow Barn Farm, in partnership with Boulder Bitcoin, presents the second gathering in a new 2026 conversation series called The Sovereignty Sessions.

This month we will focus on financial sovereignty, what that even means, and give a brief introduction to bitcoin. Bring your questions and your friends and let's level up everyone's understanding of bitcoin!

We especially welcome any local businesses/vendors who have a Square terminal, as we will touch on how easy it is to accept bitcoin for your business (and reduce credit card fees) using Square.

Highlights / What to Expect:

  • Conversations with local experts on financial sovereignty using bitcoin

  • Reflections on how bitcoin has supported self-sovereignty for many in the community

  • Open, respectful discussion — all are welcome

  • Drinks will be provided, and donations to our slush fund are always welcome.

Step into a vibrant, multisensory Lunar New Year festival designed to ignite joy, abundance, and connection. This event brings together traditional arts, interactive workshops, and delicious Asian cuisine- all crafted to honor the spirit of the New Year. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to local agriculture non-profits.

  • LIVE Fire Show - A dazzling live performance to symbolize burning away the old year and welcoming powerful new energy. Expect thrilling movement, music, and light.
