It’s steamy... It’s sippable... It’s soul-nourishing!

This evening will be a medley of magic: hot sauna, cold plunge / river dips, fireside music, yummy food truck nomz, and heart-expanding tea ceremony all wrapped up in a bundle of warm community.

We’ll begin the event with a centering practice to connect to the land and each other, and split into groups as we rotate between Puffin's iconic mobile sauna + cold plunges, and gather around for a beautiful tea ceremony.

Oxytocin's tea ceremonies are an intimate way to experience the richness that tea offers as a plant medicine. Expect this to be a slow and intentional practice reminiscent of other plant medicine ceremonies. This will be facilitated by Bu Nan Brown, a Zen priest who specializes in crafting masterful tea spaces.

After our structured activities, there will be time to hang out, enjoy relaxed social hangs, support our farmer + chef friends of the delicious Schlop Stop food truck (NOTE: You are welcome to buy a meal included in your ticket for a small discount).

This will be a truly inspired evening of depth, play, and celebration with friends old and new.

Please Bring:

👙 Bathing Suit and Towel

👕 A change of clothes for post-sauna

💺 A backjack, pillow, or meditation cushion for tea ceremony

📝 Optional journal for tea ceremony
