A Sensorial Workshop Series at the Farm

Join us for a deliciously instructional evening where seasonal ingredients meet wisely paired wines.

Each Cork & Fork workshop dives into a new theme—from Italian street food to farm-fresh specialties—through engaging cooking demos and sommelier-guided tastings.

Led by Amelia (YBF soil shareholder at ztastylife.com) and wine curator Ed Martin (at bev.guide), these two-hour gatherings are convivial and rooted in taste and tradition.

First Workshop, June 12, 6:30–8:30pm: "Aperitivo Across Italy"

Celebrate the vibrant ritual of Italian aperitivo with three regional small plates—Ligurian herbed crostini, Tuscan spring panzanella, and Sicilian caponata—each paired with a perfect wine.

Price: $100 per person (up to 20), $60 for YBF members (up to 10)
