Join us at Yellow Barn Farm in partnership with Alchemia Dance Boulder and ThinkBo Coaching for a special celebration of International Women’s Day. This inclusive evening invites people of all genders and experience levels to dance, unwind, and connect over a communal potluck.
Highlights / What to Expect:
Community Dance: All levels welcome. Enjoy a mix of structured and freeform improvisational dance in a supportive circle, guided by Laurie Pemberton.
Yoga + Sound Bath: Unwind with gentle yoga and a sound bath led by Anna Bouw-Bolik to relax the mind and body.
International Potluck: Share and savor dishes from around the world; bring your favorite!
