In this creative expression workshop, you will experience a safe and supportive journey into connection with yourself, others and your surroundings - with the opportunity to share the wisdom of words. You will get out of your mind, into your body and enter 'the zone' to harness your individual creative expression.
EXPRESS includes a combination of guided meditation, movement & creative writing exercises to tap into the power of your words, guided by your feelings, emotions and sensations.
This workshop is for both writers and non-writers, dancers and non-dancers alike. It is an experience for human beings.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, a bottle of water, a journal and pen.
