The Cacao Ceremony
We will gather in to drink cacao engaging with chocolate as a ritual of self love. Lauren will guide you in integrating the benefits of cacao in union with breathwork and intention setting.
The experience of the cacao ceremony will leave you feeling expansive, blissful, inspired, mindful, and grounded!
What is Cacao?
Like the chocolate you may be used to, Cacao is made from the Theobroma Cacao Tree. Cacao is the unprocessed seed. The lack of processing, and additives, ensures you get all the nutrients, and health benefits possible.
How is it prepared?
The unprocessed Cacao, either in the form of a powder, or paste, is melted gently in hot water. It is then blended until frothy and creamy. Spices or sweeteners may be added to mask the slightly bitter taste of the seed.
